At Vendii Social Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing and lead generation services. Due to the nature of our work, all payments are subject to the following refund terms.

🟧 1. No Refund on Services Rendered

All payments made for digital marketing, advertising, and lead generation services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Campaign setup

• Ad spend allocation

• Strategy development

• Content creation

• Lead generation activities

🟧 2. Lead Generation Services

We guarantee the delivery of the agreed number of leads within the selected timeframe.

However:

• Refunds are not applicable based on conversion outcomes

• We are not responsible for client closing rates or internal follow-ups

• Lead quality is based on targeting and qualification criteria, not final sales

🟧 3. Qualified Leads Disclaimer

While we aim to provide qualified and relevant leads, Vendii:

• Does not guarantee that every lead will convert into a paying client

• Is not liable for participant decisions or external factors

• Relies on information provided during campaign setup

🟧 4. Funded Profiles

Where applicable, we strive to provide NDIS-funded participant profiles, but:

• Availability depends on market demand and targeting conditions

• Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control

🟧 5. Cancellation Policy

• Once a project or campaign has started, cancellation does not qualify for a refund

• Any remaining work may be paused or rescheduled at our discretion

🟧 6. Revisions & Support

We are committed to client satisfaction and offer:

• Reasonable revisions within scope

• Ongoing optimisation of campaigns

This does not entitle the client to a refund

🟧 7. Force Majeure

Vendii is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by:

• Platform changes (Facebook, Google, etc.)

• Policy updates (including NDIS guidelines)

• External disruptions beyond our control

By engaging with Vendii Social Media, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
